Faulty or Defective Items

If you receive a faulty or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. Kindly provide your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Once the item has been inspected and the fault has been confirmed, we will issue a full refund using the original payment method.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 5 days of purchase for items of equal or lesser value.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

Unworn and unused
In its original packaging
In the same condition as received

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Ready-to-Wear Collection

Due to the nature of our Ready-to-Wear Collection, returns and refunds are not accepted.

Please refer to the product description and size guide before purchasing. Our ready-to-wear Jalabiyas are available in a range of sizes, as displayed on the website.

Order Confirmation

Your order will be confirmed once payment has been successfully received. Processing of your order will begin after payment confirmation.
